Shipping policy

 Activae Apparel offers FREE shipping to Canada on orders over $90 CAD.

Order handling and packing: 1 - 2 Business Days  (Monday-Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time does not include handling and packing time.

All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. In the event of a statutory holiday in Canada:  The order will be shipped the following business day.

 

CANADIAN ORDERS

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard: 3-9 business days

Express: 1-2 business days

  

US ORDERS 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard: 4-8 business days

Express: 2-3 business days

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA

All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse.

Activae.ca is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.
